What we collect
If you subscribe, we collect the email address you provide and basic technical data (such as which of our sites you subscribed from and the date). We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic.
To protect public forms from automated submissions, our human-verification service briefly processes your IP address, browser user-agent, site origin, and slider movement timing. Those signals are used to issue and validate a short-lived proof; they are not added to the subscriber or referral record.
How we use it
We use your email to send content, updates, and promotions from Zipeh, as described in our Terms & Email Consent. We only activate a subscription after the signup form records your consent.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe on our unsubscribe page, use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email, or contact david@budleiser.com. You can request access to or deletion of your data through the same address.
Sharing
We use service providers to operate this site and its email systems. We do not authorize them to use subscriber addresses for their own marketing. We do not sell subscriber addresses or share them with unrelated third parties for their own advertising.
Sharing your information with referral partners
On some pages we offer to connect you with a named third-party partner (for example a recruiter, accountant, designer or service provider). If you ask us to, and tick the box naming that partner, we share the contact and enquiry details you submit with that specific partner so they can respond to you. We only share with the partner you selected, for that enquiry. We do not sell your personal information. Under US state privacy laws this passing of details may be treated as "sharing"; you can opt out or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing david@budleiser.com. Partners are independent and use your data under their own privacy policies once you are connected.
